Pre-Purchase Questions

Yes. WP AeroQuote is built to be fully compatible with all major WordPress themes and page builders including Avada, Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, Gutenberg, and others. You simply drop the shortcode into any page, section, or template and the itinerary search will render instantly.

No. Installation is the same as any standard WordPress plugin. Upload, activate, paste in your license key, and place the shortcode where you want the itinerary search to appear. Most users launch within minutes without writing any code.

WP AeroQuote is designed as a lead generation and itinerary request tool, not an aircraft availability database. It allows users to choose categories, enter routes, and submit quote requests directly to you. This keeps you in full control of pricing and sourcing aircraft.

The plugin captures high intent, ready-to-fly prospects who submit detailed trip information including: departure, arrival, dates, passenger counts, and preferred aircraft category. These leads arrive directly into your inbox or CRM (depending on your setup), allowing you to respond quickly and close more deals.

Yes. You can customize button colors, fonts, form labels, and layout spacing to match your website’s brand. The shortcode system also allows you to place the itinerary search anywhere you want including landing pages, homepage hero sections, footer CTAs, and popups.

Installation & Setup

After you complete your purchase, you will receive an email containing your download link and license key. Download the ZIP file, log into your WordPress dashboard, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, upload the ZIP, and click Activate. Once activated, you’ll be prompted to enter your license key.

After installing the plugin, navigate to WP AeroQuote → Settings inside your WordPress admin panel. Paste your license key into the activation field and click Verify. Once verified, the itinerary search shortcode will unlock and become fully functional.

Check your spam or promotions folder first, as some email providers filter automated messages. If you still cannot find it, contact support and we will resend your download link and license key immediately. Your license key is also tied to your Stripe subscription, so we can always regenerate or reissue it.

WP AeroQuote license keys are tied to your active subscription. If a payment fails, expires, or the subscription is canceled, the license key will become inactive. The plugin will still appear on your site, but the itinerary search will stop functioning until the subscription is restored.

Yes. As long as your subscription is active, you can deactivate the license on your old site and reactivate it on your new domain. Go to WP AeroQuote → Settings, click Deactivate License, then activate it again on the new installation using the same license key.

Broker & Operator Usage

Yes. WP AeroQuote allows clients to choose from major aircraft categories such as light jet, midsize jet, super midsize, heavy jet, turboprop, and more. Operators with fleets can customize the inquiry form to include specific tail numbers or aircraft models if desired, allowing you to route requests internally by aircraft type.

WP AeroQuote is designed to plug into any existing workflow because it delivers clean itinerary requests directly to your email. Whether you use Avinode, JetInsight, Schedaero, FL3XX, Leon, or a custom internal system, your team receives the full trip details needed to quote the flight in your preferred software.

Yes. WP AeroQuote requires users to submit full itinerary information including dates, times, city pairs, passenger counts, and preferred aircraft category. This filters out low intent visitors and generates meaningful, high quality quote requests. Brokers report that leads coming through this tool are more serious and easier to convert.

Yes. Operators with a managed fleet can use WP AeroQuote to funnel all public inbound charter requests through a single search tool. This centralizes your online quoting, reduces manual email handling, and helps your team quickly determine which aircraft in your fleet are best suited for each request.

Instantly. The moment a user submits a request, WP AeroQuote emails the trip details to the address you’ve configured. If you have a CRM integration or automation tool, it can also trigger follow ups, internal notifications, or routing based on aircraft category or region.

Yes. The plugin supports global point to point itineraries. Brokers and operators can receive quote requests from anywhere in the world, including multi continent routes.

Definitely. WP AeroQuote turns your website into a self serve quoting engine. Instead of relying exclusively on phone calls or emails, visitors can search itineraries on their own and submit qualified requests. This helps operators increase direct charter demand and reduce reliance on third party broker platforms.
